    Provide production leadership for facility production lines.



    • Provide a safe work environment
    • Planning and Improving plant production
    • Develop and implement plant projects
    • Assist in completion of monthly schedules based on production requirements
    • Assist in procurement of packaging and ingredients based on latest schedule
    • Maintain inventories of ingredients and packaging to optimize best practices
    • Identify, summarize and communicate component supply issues to management
    • Identify and implement countermeasures to reduce or eliminate unscheduled down time on production lines
    • Accomplish manufacturing results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results; coaching, counseling, and maintain employees accountability
    • Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
    • Leverage line labor to meet budgeted goals
    • Maintain and improve product quality standards by enforcing company policies
    • Support other supervisors during fresh pack and off season
    • Lead or participate on productivity teams that contribute to cost saving objectives  
    • Ensure all products produced meet quality and food safety requirements.
    • Other jobs as assigned



    • Train employees (Alchemy, power points, JSA’s, SOP’s)

    • Proficiency in the use of MS Office software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Working knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principals




    • 2+ years of Food Packaging experience, including internships



    • At minimum, a two year college degree or equivalent experience in supervision- preferably in business or engineering
