    • SCOPE OF POSITION: Responsible for management of the warehouse operations and team at the Portland warehouse location.    




    Essential duties and responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned.


    • Responsible to meet the performance goals of the facility.
    • Monitor and coordinate employee work quality to deliver exceptional service.
    • Directs the inventory levels and maintains daily records of inventory.
    • Prepares and ensures accuracy of all orders.  
    • Directing the loading and unloading of product. Loads and unloads trucks using forklift or pallet jack as needed.
    • Moves finished product, checks codes dates to ensure product quality.
    • Provides exceptional service to customers.  
    • Responsible for the security of the warehouse and property.
    • Ensures that all safety and environmental programs of the facility are maintained.
    • Support and lead continuous improvement efforts to improve quality of service and increase safety and efficiency of warehouse operations.
    • Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of the warehouse operations.
    • Effectively manages and coordinates staffing of warehouse employees (3 shifts).




    • 3 – 5 years’ experience in warehouse and inventory management.
    • BA degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
    • Candidate must be self-motivated with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
    • Fork Lift Certified.
    • Must be able to repetitively lift boxes weighing up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

    Willing to work in a fast paced environment and proven track record of successfully leading a team of employees.
