SCOPE OF POSITION:
This position will lead quality and food safety initiatives at the St Elmo facility to ensure manufactured products meet or exceed consumer expectations, as well as timely auditing of the manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with established specifications and standards. The 3rd shift supervisor will help direct, develop, and implement plant wide programs and activities to produce quality products through effective and cost efficient sanitation programs that comply with all established company policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position provides leadership for 4 – 5 associates on their shift.
Bachelor of Science or related discipline (i.e., chemistry, biology or microbiology) required, Food Science or related discipline preferred
Less than 10% of annual time spent traveling.
