    The Human Resources Generalist will be working in a fast-paced, growth oriented environment.  The successful incumbent will lead Human Resources activities in the manufacturing plant, and be a strategic business partner to the plant leadership team. This position will report directly to the HR Manager.



    • Provide functional expertise and HR support
    • Assist with various core annual programs including but not limited to: Benefits Open Enrollment, Wellness Events, Leadership Development training, Compensation Planning, Talent Acquisitions, Performance Review/Talent Assessment, Recruiting, Seasonal Staffing
    • Partner closely with HR Specialists in the area of Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Shared Services, Affirmative-Action Planning
    • Assist plant in maintaining compliance with local, state and federal laws as well as established HR processes and procedures
    • Ensure manufacturing plant is staffed with the highest caliber of talent
    • Serve as the employee advocate 
    • Provide support and guidance to team members for the purpose of increasing their effectiveness and establishing good working relationships
    • Promote an environment conducive to teams, teamwork, and accountability 
    • Complete special projects, duties and assignments, as assigned



    • Two (2) to five (5) plus years in Human Resources required
    • Three (3) plus years in a manufacturing environment preferred
    • Proficiency in the use of MS Office software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Experience recruiting for both hourly and salary positions
    • Experience working with EEO and Affirmative Action standards
    • Knowledge around Compensation and Benefits  
    • Strong Communication skills; verbal, written, and presentation
    • Ability to influence others



    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
