    SCOPE OF POSITION: The Customer Service Order Processing Rep is responsible to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of order processing for all sales customers. This position provides excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.      

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Essential duties and responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned.

    • Manage and process all customer orders from receipt to shipment via electronic database.
    • Processes miscellaneous customer orders via phone, fax or email.
    • Ensures accuracy and timeliness of all orders processed.
    • Communicates status of orders to customers and sales representatives including any product or delivery discrepancies.
    • Provides excellent service to customers by responding to telephone and email correspondence timely.
    • Coordinates with cross-functional team to prioritize order processing and availability of product.
    • Performs other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
    • Supports and fills in at front desk with phones and miscellaneous duties.

    Qualifications

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Minimum of two (2) years’ in a fast paced customer service / order processing role in a high volume manufacturing environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
    • Solid problem solving, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
    • Must possess excellent ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
    • Displays a commitment to results and accepts accountability for own performance.
    • Ability to react to situations with strong sense of urgency.

    EDUCATION:

    • Associates degree in business or equivalent experience.
