    We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with 1-3 years of experience, preferably with consumer packaged goods foods background and/or marketing or agency experience. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to get on board with one of the fastest growing companies in the natural category.


    The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to lead projects, operate comfortably gathering and analyzing data and serve as a brand liaison collaborating with key constituents. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the execution of marketing initiatives that contribute to the growth of the brand and brand strategy. This position is highly integrated into the business team and interfaces extensively with cross-functional partners.


    Additionally, the ideal candidate will bring a sense of urgency and willingness to get the job done, have an intellectual curiosity to find breakthrough ideas, possess a creative eye and the ability to collaborate with key partners internally and externally.





    • Actively gather, analyze and provide strategic implications utilizing data sources such as SPINS, Nielsen and internal shipment reports.
    • Active participant in the innovation process including managing project timelines and collaborating with R&D.
    • Responsible for being a key liaison to the Sales organization for Evol Frozen brand and portfolio.
    • Lead cross functional teams for new product innovation and current product renovation.
    • Develop and execute sales/trade materials including mock ups, sell sheets and samples
    • Lead management of the marketing budget including processing and tracking invoices, maintaining budget commitments, managing vendors and monitoring commitment variances at month end.
    • Manage and coordinate execution of marketing initiatives including trade shows, consumer promotions and in-store/special events
    • Assist in developing and executing annual marketing plans to include digital activation, shopper marketing
    • Assist in organizing both qualitative and quantitative research. This includes recruiting participants, site selection, writing test questionnaire and analyzing data to determine next steps/conclusions.

    BA/BS in Marketing or related field
