    Sr. Manager-Logistics currently manages three (3) supply chain temperature classes and a budget of $300 million dollars. This position will help to manage the Productivity Program for Logistics (cost savings and service improvement), while helping to keep major products in Logistics aligned, sequenced and on track.  This position will help to coordinate cross-functional projects where necessary - keeping partners on task and stakeholders informed.  This person will help to create an environment for improving our existing process though ideation sessions and process improvements. This role will manage the MVP costs savings program for Pinnacle from an administration perspective, while ensuring our pipeline of projects continue for future quarters and years.



    • Responsible for managing productivity program for Logistics (Transportation and Distribution)
    • Identify MVP Platforms and Ideation Sessions and follow-ups (session facilitation, idea prioritization, ownership/alignment, PlanView updates)
    • Team follow-up and alignment on MVP projects
    • Alignment with Logistics Finance
    • Handle PlanView (company system for Productivity, MVP, tracking) updates and maintenance
    • Team Productivity Support for complicated or cross-team idea implementation
    • Coordination/Cultivation of other Fulfillment MVP ideas (i.e. Planning, Customer Service)
    • Logistic representation at Plant Ideation Sessions & follow-up ownership, as needed
    • MVP Socialization to key Supply Chain functions
    • Facilitate for Logistics and Cross-team Challenges/Resolutions & manage follow-ups
    • Process Improvement
    • Manage the operational projects, process and service related objectives to drive continuous improvement and efficiency gains to reduce cost-to-serve while mitigating costs associated.
    • Interface cross-functionally at all levels within the company; including communication with 3PL’s and plant warehouse management, external resources, etc.
    • Coordinates warehousing execution for division strategies; develop specific warehousing requirements and costing based on strategic plans and customer expectations while mitigating incremental costs



    • Five (5) years Management experience working in a Supply Chain discipline/function. Logistics and financial analytics preferred. Supply Chain environment in food products or consumer product industry is a plus
    • Strong change management experience (driving, influencing and inspiring change through communication at all impacted levels)
    • Experience leading continuous improvement processes in a Warehouse/Distribution environment
    • Experience working cross functionally with different levels in organizational
    • Solid business and operational knowledge, including project costing, budgets, capital investment proposals, warehouse contracts. etc.
    • Ability to drive innovative solutions and ideas and demonstrated capability of delivering results
    • Strong presentation and leadership skills
    • Challenge the status quo, always looking for improved processes


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, Supply Chain, required


    • There is a 20% travel requirement annually for this position
