    Boulder Brands is the health and wellness business unit of Pinnacle Foods. The company’s health and wellness platform consists of brands that target specific consumer needs: the Gardein brand delivers frozen plant based protein for consumers looking for a healthy meat protein alternative; the Glutino® and Udi’s Gluten Free® brands for gluten-free diets; the Earth Balance® brand for plant-based diets; and EVOL foods for consumers seeking simple and pure ingredients.




    The Brand Manager will have 5+ years of experience, preferably with consumer packaged goods food experience and a skillset that encompasses both natural and conventional brand experience. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to lead projects, operate comfortably gathering and analyzing data, knowledgeable and active in leveraging social platforms to build communities, serve as a liaison collaborating with key internal Sales constituents and at times partnering with external agencies.


    Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess the ability to operate autonomously and with an entrepreneurial spirit, have a passion for mentoring his/her team of direct reports, and the ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level with a willingness to get the job done.




    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned

    • Responsible for managing brand P&L’s to meet topline and bottom line business objectives
    • Develop Annual Marketing Plans
    • Assist in building the financial Annual Operating Plan
    • Manage and lead external agencies while cultivating a strong sense of partnership
    • Lead role in all things related to brand strategy and positioning
    • Collaborate with R&D to develop annual Innovation Growth Plans
    • Actively collaborate with all internal constituents and notably the Sales organization
    • Responsible for cultivating consumer and category insights to help drive strategy and tactics

    • Agency Management
    • Establishes and coordinates the goals, plans and programs to meet sales and profit goals
    • Continually analyze and adjust the marketing strategic position to respond to changing market and competitive conditions
    • Interact with key customers while supporting the Sales organization
    • Marketing budget management






    • 5 + years of experience, preferably with consumer packaged goods including both natural and conventional food brands.
    • Extremely well organized and detail oriented
    • Professional verbal and written communication skills are a must
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Proficient in the use of MS Office software including PowerPoint and Word




    5+ plus years of experience, preferably with consumer packaged goods including both natural and conventional food brands.



    Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree strongly preferred
