    Based in Boulder, CO, the Sr. Manager, Human Resources will be the business partner to the Boulder Business Unit (BU) Leadership team and provide generalist support for the Boulder HQ employees.  The Sr. Manager, HR will report to the SVP Human Resources with a dotted line to the EVP & President, Boulder BU.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide HR coaching, counsel and support to the Boulder BU Leadership Team, to ensure HR strategies support Corporate initiatives and BU objectives.
    • Serve as a member of the Boulder BU Leadership Team with responsibility for supporting the development of a high performance team culture. 
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support the staffing of positions and onboarding of new employees.
    • Lead core HR annual programs for the Boulder HQ including but not limited to: OGSMs, mid-year reviews, talent planning, performance reviews & compensation planning.
    • Serve as the employee advocate by building strong, collaborative relationships with employees at all levels.

    • Work on Corporate or Boulder BU Special Projects as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree required.
    • 5-7 years HR experience with Corporate HR Generalist experience.  CPG experience preferred.
