    Position Summary

    The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for multiple administrative tasks, supporting the EVP and President of the Boulder business unit of Pinnacle Foods, based in the Boulder, Colorado office, and supporting a fun and busy office. Responsibilities will include: liaising with Office of the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (Parsippany, NJ), managing executive calendars (Boulder President and Leadership Team), travel coordination and planning for Boulder President,  meeting development and coordination, periodic event coordination, travel coordination and planning, and front desk reception support.


    Essential Functions and Skills


    • Provide administrative support to the President and Leadership Team Members
    • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, Word documents and Excel spreadsheets
    • Prepare expense reports for Executive Staff Members
    • Manage and maintain multiple schedules and travel arrangements
    • Calendar management, including coordination of Executive meetings
    • Handle and manage confidential/sensitive information of all kinds with the utmost sensitivity
    • Handle information requests, and perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, and arranging conference calls
    • Organize and collaborate with key staff on internal company events (company events, offsite meetings, corporate visits, etc.)
    • Provide front desk reception support and handle incoming calls on an as-needed basis
    • Maintain the positive office atmosphere
    • Coordinate support materials for meetings




    Qualifications Required

    • Maintain total confidentiality in all matters of correspondence, telephone messages and personal conversations
    • Maintain high level of business etiquette in receiving and interacting with visitors and board members
    • Ability to work under minimal supervision while carrying out independent responsibilities
    • High level of energy and willingness to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
    • Superior proofreading/composition skills; strong written and oral communications skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others in any environment
    • High degree of professional maturity and presence
    • Technically savvy with IT systems:  phones, apps, travel systems, etc.
    • A proactive approach and the ability to think ahead and anticipate problems before they arise
    • Willing to support various ad hoc requests
    • Detail-orientation with good documentation and organizational skills
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • A high comfort level in managing a significant number of projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - with a positive attitude and a sense of humor


    Education or Formal Training Required

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 5 years related experience supporting staff members in an entrepreneurial organization.
