    The Sales Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Sales Managers to support an Account Team with managing Customer contracts, system data maintenance, new item set-up, and ad hoc data analysis.  The individual will become the functional expert on the Customer’s sales system, and develop monthly reports to analyze the business and proactively identify possible opportunities.



    Includes the following; other duties may be assigned.

    • Support Sales management by developing ad hoc reports as necessary to support the ongoing development of the business.
    • Support the Sales Managers in maintaining internal Sales system: entering / copying plans, account distribution lists, event creation, etc.
    • Create, input and modify Customer contracts.
    • Support the Deductions (Sales Finance) Team to reconcile contract information.
    • Develop and maintain weekly/monthly management reports utilizing customer POS tools.
    • Provide support and assistance for other activities and duties as assigned.



    • Highly organized and has very effective time management skills.
    • Solid computer skills and ability to use sales database tracking programs.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
    • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast paced and dynamic environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and other relevant programs.
    • Detail oriented, organized, reliable and resourceful professional with practical experience and    understanding of sales, and/or trade marketing processes.
    • Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize under pressure.
    • Experience working with a Customer POS systems a plus



    Minimum 2-3 years experience in a CPG environment.  Sales support experience preferred.



    Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
