    Responsible for multi-line phone system, customer service inquiries, order entry and general administrative duties. This position is responsible for excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.



    Essential duties and responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned.

    • Answers and directs calls for multi-line phone system. Responsible for maintenance of voice mail system and programming.
    • Greets and directs customers at front office.
    • Responds to customer service inquiries.
    • Processes employee, will call and internet orders.
    • Orders office supplies and merchandise, including tracking and inventory.
    • Responsible for mail and copy room, sorting, distribution and mail outs.
    • Maintains and replenishes postage meter.  
    • Responsible for ordering, maintaining and cleanliness of lunch room and restroom supplies.      
    • Coordinates and tracks donation requests and local marketing events.
    • Works with team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of order processing, distributor orders and warehouse transfers via electronic database, fax or email.
    • Communicates order status to customers and sales representatives including any product or delivery discrepancies.
    • Coordinates with cross-functional team to prioritize order processing and availability of product.
    • Process Customer Orders using RAMS/Macola Downloads.
    • Process and reconcile credit card payments and petty cash receipts.
    • May be required to adjust hours during inventory and month end.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    • Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
    • Customer service focused.
    • Ability to work well in team environment.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
    • Minimum of two (2) years’ in a fast paced customer service / order processing role in a high volume manufacturing environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
    • Solid problem solving, multi-tasking and prioritization skills. 
    • Must possess excellent ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
    • Displays a commitment to results and accepts accountability for own performance.
    • Ability to react to situations with strong sense of urgency.  


    Associates degree in business preferred and/or equivalent work and education combined.
