We are looking for an Associate Manager, Analytic Insights with 2-5 years of experience – preferably with consumer packaged goods experience – to be part of the Boulder Brands marketing team. The Associate Manager, Analytic Insights will be responsible for providing analytic expertise and insight for all brands within the Boulder Brands portfolio, and will be the key liaison with the secondary data provider’s onsite representative in managing ongoing business reporting and analysis.
The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of the various sources of primary and secondary research data and an understanding of how to use that data to answer key business questions. In addition, they will have demonstrated the ability to utilize analytics – in combination with detailed knowledge of the brands, categories, and marketplace – to develop meaningful and actionable business insights that drive volume, share, and profitability.
Finally, the ideal candidate will be able to manage and partner with multiple stakeholders (including Brand, Category Management, Sales, and Finance), bring a sense of urgency and willingness to get the job done, and have an intellectual curiosity to drive new ideas and new ways of thinking.
