SCOPE OF POSITION:
Own the lifecycle of customer and pricing information within the core enterprise systems of the organization. Accountable for the timely and accurate input of new customers, the maintenance of existing customers, and the proper disposition of expired customers. Partner with sales and facilitate the process of updating pricing and coordinating all required paperwork is completed and retained for pricing actions; including defining and regulating the process. Maintain and manage the integrity of the Master File records. Ensure SOX Compliance for Price and Master File records. Interface with other departments for Process and Detail requirements.
