    The Logistics Analyst will be primarily responsible for the coordination and management of all Dry warehouse activity. Also, is responsible to coordinate activities at contracted Public Storage Warehouses relating to service, cost, integrity, and communications to deliver exceptional results and meet financial targets. Additionally, the Logistics Analyst will be a focal point of communications for historical warehouse data, forecasted warehouse activity & volume, and cost improvement project activity.




    • Day-to-Day management and coordination of all activities in Dry warehouses including coordinating and reviewing daily inbound and outbound requirements, and working closely with outside bulk warehouses to ensure they are capable of meeting the required demands.
    • Update monthly KPI reports for all warehouses. Investigate all irregularities in order to report information, explain variances, suggest improvement initiatives, and lead required activities in order to address concerns. Perform analysis on performance trends.
    • Participate in monthly management reviews of warehousing financials and KPI reports.
    • Participate in regular meetings to review Dry warehouse performance and advise Logistics of variances to plan costs or service - including capacity, service and accuracy.
    • Approve all overtime and accessorial charges for Dry warehouses. Update accessorial cost report with monthly accessorial costs by warehouse. Distribute report and actively participate in improving or controlling costs.
    • Participate in the development, documenting, and tracking of Logistics warehousing productivity projects.
    • Provide leadership for physical inventories and cycle count audits at third party warehouses ensuring accuracy and adherence to written company policies.
    • Participate in the review of all dry warehousing contracts and maintain master file copies of all written agreements and contracts.
    • Write SOPs and training documents to establish standard work at Dry warehouses. Create initial documents for Dry processes and systems
    • Be the liaison between the Dry warehouses in the field and other internal departments within Pinnacle.




    • 2-4 years of analyst experience
    • Ability to work independently and on a compressed time schedule
    • Demonstrated critical thinking/problem solving skills required.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite including Access, Excel, Power Point, Project and Word.



    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant field of study is required


    Travel of less than 15% is required
