The HR Shared Service Center Analyst will provide timely and accurate analysis of benefit, payroll and HR related processes.   The qualified candidate will utilize skills, knowledge and technology to assist in resolving HR data-related issues.  This individual will also assist SME’s with ensuring data integrity, system testing, report writing and data analyzing for process improvement opportunities. 




  • Assist with set-up and interfaces to and from vendors and other internal systems
  • Process, develop and maintain ad hoc and regularly scheduled reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy of employee and business information
  • Review incoming and outgoing file discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Investigate and resolve employee specific issues related to HR, Benefits and Payroll
  • Gather and interpret data, investigate problems, finding root cause and developing solutions
  • Provide analytical support by writing and running queries and sharing data as appropriate to HR partners
  • Enter data into PeopleSoft (new hires, terminations, status changes, direct deposits, etc.) and support the integrity of employee records
  • Properly document customer contact information and customer notes regarding interaction
  • Work collaboratively within the team to share ideas, ownership and accountability for driving improvements and consistency of execution for key HR processes
  • Perform intake of HR operational inquiries



  • Previous experience in a Shared Services/Customer Service environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft a plus
  • Must be extremely proficient in Excel
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, Word and PowerPoint
  • High level of functionality of data management/validation
  • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all levels of company employees and external vendors
  • Excellent documentation skills, problem solving skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to demonstrate learning and decision making skills
  • Action-oriented and self-disciplined
  • Handle highly confidential materials and information appropriately
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required
