Generalist work:

  • Partner with HR Business Partners to execute changes in employee status, such as promotions, pay changes, transfers and terminations
  • Support managers in preparing job requisitions using ICIMs (applicant reporting and tracking system)
  • Draft organizational announcements for employee job changes and promotions 
  • Maintain accurate and updated organization charts for all corporate functions
  • Be the first line of contact to answer employee questions or direct them to where they can find answers to their questions
  • Support the preparation of materials supporting the core HR processes, including objective setting, performance reviews and talent planning
  • Co-deliver new hire orientation sessions and support new hire process
  • Provide oversight ensuring delivery of HR work assigned to the HQ Receptionist (who performs a number of HR Administrative duties)
  • Coordinates the office space management process
  • Generate reports and drive core HR process compliance (i.e. objective setting, performance reviews, etc) 
  • Facilitate exit process for employees and conduct exit interviews as needed

Administrative Support:

  • Manage department requests for (RFA) approval for spending and pay all non-staffing bills for the HR department
  • Prepare for and participate in Weekly and Quarterly HRBP Meetings / Answer EVP HR phone and direct callers appropriately
  • Coordinate the scheduling of HR related meetings



  • 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally with some level of exposure to HR work
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
  • Able to effectively interface with a variety of levels within the organization and outside agencies
  • Demonstrates the highest level of executive maturity and professionalism and can be trusted to maintain sensitive information and knowledge in a confidential manner
  • Good time management and multitasking skills
  • Microsoft Office skills that include Word, Excel, Power Point


  • Bachelor’s Degree – preferably with a concentration in Human Resources
