  • Work with Brokers, Customer Service Representatives, Distribution Centers and Logistics to coordinate the dispute resolution process and reduce deduction inflow
  • Improve existing processes, or design and implement new ones, to reduce inflow of deductions, and/or enhance internal PFC efficiencies
  • Manage A/R processes via the following activities:
    • Perform minor adjustment write-offs
    • Maintain status codes for open disputes
    • Analyze deductions to determine cause and validity
    • Proactively work with customers, Sales, Logistics & Customer Service to reduce inflow of non-trade deductions
    • Expense valid deductions.
    • Work with Sales/brokers to determine resolution path for invalid deductions
    • Pursue repayment of  invalid deductions
    • Work with DC’s to obtain proof of deliveries , track RMA’s as necessary
    • Develop and maintain customer remittance keys in cooperation with CSR’s & Brokers
    • Manage dispute documentation flow
    • Collect past due invoices keep DSO to a minimum.
    • Escalate issues impacting past due invoice balance
    • Research and clear open credits and unapplied payments-keep balance to a minimum
    • Post payments to customer accounts

  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office software including Excel and Word
  • Strong prioritization, problem solving and analytical skills


  • 2 – 5 years’ experience in an AR or Customer Service related position
  • Previous experience processing deductions preferred


  • High School Diploma, Associate Degree preferred.
