    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned

    • Responsible for managing brand P&L’s to meet topline and bottom line business objectives
    • Develop Annual Marketing Plans
    • Assist in building the financial Annual Operating Plan
    • Manage and lead external agencies while cultivating a strong sense of partnership
    • Lead role in all things related to brand strategy and positioning
    • Collaborate with R&D to develop annual Innovation Growth Plans and commercialize new platforms and products
    • Actively collaborate with all internal constituents and notably the Sales organization
    • Responsible for cultivating consumer and category insights to help drive strategy and tactics
    • Brand strategy & positioning

    • P&L Management
    • Trade Strategy
    • Agency Management
    • Establishes and coordinates the goals, plans and programs to meet sales and profit goals
    • Continually analyze and adjust the marketing strategic position to respond to changing market and competitive conditions
    • Interact with key customers while supporting the Sales organization
    • Marketing budget management




    • 5 + years of experience, preferably with consumer packaged goods including both natural and conventional food brands.
    • Extremely well organized and detail oriented
    • Professional verbal and written communication skills are a must
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Proficient in the use of MS Office software including PowerPoint and Word

    EXPERIENCE: 5+ plus years of experience, preferably with consumer packaged goods including both natural and conventional food brands.


    EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree strongly preferred
