   SCOPE OF POSITION:

   Under the direction of Graphic Design Manager, the Project Coordinator will assist with all functions in support of      corporate brands packaging and graphic development, from initial design through print production.

Responsibilities

   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate all packaging project activities, including resources, information, timelines and budgets.
  • Assess package design projects and work with internal marketing teams and external Agencies to clearly communicate and ensure quality packing is within determined budget guidelines.
  • Works directly with Pre-Press and Print vendors to ensure accuracy, meet timelines, manage internal approvals, review packaging proofs, and maintain archive of printed samples.
  • Act as point of contact and communicate project status to all cross-functional team members.
  • Review and approve packaging artwork.
  • Manage packaging inventory and brand asset libraries.
  • Work in partnership with Brand Finance to manage packaging estimates, track budgets, and review and approve invoices.
  • Support Marketing teams on all other Graphic requests.

Qualifications

   SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Detail oriented, organized, reliable and resourceful professional with experience and understanding of packaging development and print production.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, multi-task and prioritize.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Mac/PC platform), proficient in Microsoft Office, strong in Microsoft Excel (PC platform).
  • 2+ years experience in CPG environment.

   EDUCATION:

BA degree in related field, Graphic Design preferred.
