  • Responsible for supporting the development and execution of the annual customer and business plans to achieve Company objectives.
  • Ensure Field Sales organization executes against business building initiatives that deliver consistency between overall brand strategies and account level details.
  • Responsible for management and monitoring of Trade Marketing Investments and pre/post analysis of promotions thru development of best practice recommendations that improve trade investment effectiveness.
  • Work with Marketing and Supply Chain, responsible for assisting in the monthly and annual forecasting (S&OP) of assigned brands.
  • Frequent communication with cross-functional teams to support data/information collection, collaboration & issue resolution.
  • Is seen as a key and valued contributor by sales in providing them with the tools they need to succeed.
  • Provide leadership in the business planning and strategic planning process.
  • Responsibilities include administrative and execution tasks; other duties may be assigned.



  • Minimum 3+ years Consumer Package Goods experience
  • Field Sales or Trade Management Experience required
  • Self-starter who takes initiative. Strong results orientation required
  • Adept multi-tasker who can manage multiple projects at once
  • Proficient at establishing relationships with cross-functional peers
  • Flexibility, ability to work under tight timelines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Bias for action and confident in decision making
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven track record of recommending and implementing business opportunities based on synthesizing data / consumer insights
  • Proficient in excel and power point
