Working with our consumer engagement, brand and sales teams, the CEAMM will support efforts to integrate activation across shopper, social, and field activation and measure results. The CEAMM will also manage community events and coordinate field ambassadors. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with attention to detail and ability to influence cross-functional teams to achieve flawless execution of integrated marketing programs.


Primary responsibilities

Reporting to the Sr Consumer Engagement Manager, the AMM will play an integral role within the consumer engagement marketing team and will:

  • Help identify and execute integrated marketing opportunities, in partnership with consumer engagement functional leads, brand teams and agency partners.
  • Identify and coordinate wellness events/tradeshows that align with brand strategies, annual plans and budgets.
  • Manage field ambassadors and direct on-strategy consumer engagements.
  • Evaluate and manage sponsorship opportunities.
  • Measure and analyze program effectiveness
  • Manage budgets


Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising
  • 2+ years’ consumer/shopper marketing experience (CPG or agency strongly preferred)
  • Prior event planning/influencer marketing experience (direct or in partnership with an agency)
  • Nielsen/IRI consumption analysis strongly preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to on-time execution of assigned tasks
  • Must be self-motivated and collaborative
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Positive outlook and ‘can do’ attitude
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change and creatively problem solve
