SCOPE OF POSITION:
The Plant Manager will lead a fully reconstructed plant, with new equipment, new leadership team, and producing an expanding frozen food product line. This position requires a proven business leader with strong capability of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and high capability of partnering with several functions and levels of the organization during the testing phases leading to the commissioning of the production line. This position is responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of food manufacturing within a manufacturing facility.
