SCOPE OF POSITION:

 

Manage JDE Enterprise One ERP project. Develops and maintains all tasks related to successful implementation of the multiple-phase project. Manage project plan, status reports, risk registers, project budget. Assures project team follows standard ITIL methodology. Assures requirements, design, development, testing and training is completed on time and within budget. Candidate must have a blend of business and project management skills.

  • Manage Project Plan
  • Manage Project Budget
  • Assure resources meet timelines and deliverables are complete and reviewed in a timely manner
  • Manages risk registers and issues list
  • Develops executive reporting dashboards
  • Assures all documents are kept in a shared repository with proper revision history
  • Hold Integration Partner accountable for deadlines and deliverables.
  • Provides insight into key decisions
  • Facilitates meetings to resolve cross functional issues
  • Helps to support Change Management initiative
  • Ensure the design minimizes customization and utilizes out of the box software capabilities.
  • Enforces collaboration with non-JDE (legacy system) team leads to assure all integration is developed and tested.
  • Drive suggestions and ideas for improving client satisfaction, improving operational effectiveness, building teamwork, and participates in some management meetings.
  • Be committed to providing excellent service to customers.

 

 

 SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Qualifications

CAPABILITIES:

  • JDE JD Edwards Enterprise One Project Management Experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative Team Player
  • Driving for Results
  • Complex Decisions Making

SKILLS/PROFICIENCIES:.

  • Good knowledge of JD Edwards Enterprise One Foundation
  • Good knowledge of Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project
  • Ability to manage complex projects
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to schedule and complete tasks and duties without constant, direct supervision
  • This individual must demonstrate a history of excellent communication and customer service skills. 
  • This person must be able to respond under pressure, and be able to effectively deal with multiple priorities and schedules  
  • Ability to work independently, and be a self-starter

 

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • An individual in this position should have 8+years of  demonstrated experience applicable to job requirements.
  • Knowledge of consumer goods application systems a plus.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Technology, or related degree plan or equivalent
